Fare and booking information
What should I have ready for an airport booking?

Your terminal, pickup date and time, destination, passenger count and luggage details. For an airport pickup, add your flight number. The form also requires a phone number and email address.

What if my flight arrival changes?

Include your flight number when requesting the pickup. If your plans change, contact dispatch with the trip details so the arrangements can be checked. A flight number does not guarantee that a driver can wait through an extended delay.

Can I request more room or a baby seat?

Yes. Add your passenger and bag counts and request a baby seat where needed. Maxi accommodates up to seven passengers; an 11 seater and wheelchair-accessible vehicles are available by request. Dispatch confirms the suitable vehicle and availability.

How do fares and payment work?

The booking summary shows an Estimated ride fare when route and fare data are available. Dispatch confirms the final fare and booking details. You can choose Pay to driver, Card (pay to driver), or Cabcharge/TTSS. The website does not take online card payment.

Is my ride confirmed when I submit the form?

A receipt means the request reached the booking system. Dispatch then checks the trip and confirms acceptance and driver availability. Contact dispatch promptly if your plans change.
